Real estate is super cheap in Alaska.
So in about five years (probably less) I'm moving back up to Alaska to live. This is all after I've become married and gotten my shit together. I'm excited for me to get my shit together. Just throw it all in a big bag and label it. TOGETHER: SHIT

That's actually pricer than I thought. I'm planning on moving somewheres in north central PA. A house like that would be closer to 180k with the same amount of land. That being said I wouldn't mind living in Alaska for awhile.
